Returns & Refund Policy
At Socialite Luxury, we are committed to offering you a seamless shopping experience. Every fragrance is crafted with precision, packed with care, and shipped with attention to detail. We value your trust and want to ensure that every purchase with us feels as effortless as wearing the perfect scent.
As fragrances are personal-use products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded, since they cannot be reused or resold. However, if you have received a product that is damaged, defective, tampered with, or not as described, we are here to assist you.
1. Returns & Replacements – How to Raise a Request
If you wish to return or replace a product, kindly follow the steps below within 48 hours of delivery:
- Step 1: Contact our Client Care Department at support@socialiteluxury.com or call us at +91 80115 85274
- Step 2: Share your Order ID along with clear images/videos of the product, invoice, and original packaging (an unboxing video is mandatory for claims of missing items, leakage, or breakage).
- Step 3: Once verified, our team will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–4 business days. The product must reach us in its original condition with all seals, labels, barcodes, and packaging intact.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit of equal value.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.
- For all approved returns, we will issue store credit of equal value. This credit can be used for your next purchase with Socialite Luxury.
- Once your refund is initiated, Socialite Luxury will share the confirmation details along with the transaction ID for your reference.
- Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, as these are retained by our courier partners.
- Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of order delivery to be eligible for processing.
3. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product is used, opened, or tampered with.
- Damage is caused by misuse, neglect, or mishandling after delivery.
- Returned without original packaging, price tags, labels, barcodes, or complimentary gifts.
- Serial numbers, batch codes, or labels are altered or tampered.
- Requests are raised after 48 hours of order delivery.
- Refund claim for “product disliked” or “change of preference”.
4. Partial Returns
Yes, you may return individual items from a multi-product order. However, each item must be returned in full condition.
5. Important Notes
- In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to courier the product back to our warehouse in unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Once received, the refund/replacement will be processed.
- Replacements are subject to availability. If unavailable, store credit will be provided.
- If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please notify us within 24 hours of the marked delivery date. Claims raised beyond this window will not be eligible.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
- If accepted, refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Socialite Luxury will share confirmation and transaction details once the refund is initiated.
